How much do services cost?

The costs depend on the specific service you receive.

Although appointments are not required, we would appreciate it if you called the office in advance to let us know you will be coming. 

You may visit our office, where we will assist you with food support sponsored by Loaves and Fishes. We also offer home-delivered meals for older adults. 

At the FWC, we help with CMS and Pre-K enrollment applications.

The Community ID is an identification card offered by the Coalition as part of the Interfaith Action Network. It is a verifiable form of identification that can be used by law enforcement and other community agencies to identify you, provide services, and ensure your safety. Please call our office to schedule an appointment to obtain your Community ID.
